LeBron James is in no rush to decide where he will play next, with his longtime agent Rich Paul insisting the NBA superstar will take all the time he needs before choosing his next team.

The 41-year-old informed the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this month that he would not return for a 24th NBA season, immediately triggering widespread speculation over his next destination. The Golden State Warriors, Philadelphia 76ers, Miami Heat and Cleveland Cavaliers have all been linked with the four-time NBA champion.
Speaking on the matter, Paul stressed that James’ decision is a personal one and will not be rushed to satisfy public interest or media attention. He added that all interested teams have already presented their cases, leaving the final choice entirely in LeBron’s hands.
NBA commissioner Adam Silver has acknowledged that James’ decision could affect scheduling and league planning, but Paul’s message remained clear: LeBron will announce his next move only when he is ready.
