Fresh off their title-winning performances at the YONEX Taipei Open 2026, four champions are set to return to action at this week’s VICTOR Korea Masters 2026 in Asan.
Men’s singles champion Yudai Okimoto, women’s singles winner Tanvi Sharma, women’s doubles pair Sumire Nakade/Miyu Takahashi, and mixed doubles champions Yuta Watanabe/Maya Taguchi will all look to carry their momentum into the HSBC BWF World Tour Super 300 event.
World No. 26 Okimoto, who also lifted the Canada Open title last month, opens his campaign against Saneeth Dayanand and could face fifth seed Jason Gunawan in the quarterfinals.
The men’s singles field also features top seed Jason Teh, former world champion Kidambi Srikanth, Hu Zhe An, Su Li Yang, and Malaysia’s Lee Zii Jia, who enters the tournament unseeded as he aims to make a deep run in Korea.
