Jamie Carragher has issued a scathing response to Mohamed Salah after the Liverpool star’s fiery rant at Elland Road, a moment that has now seen the Egyptian dropped from the squad for the upcoming clash with Inter Milan.

Salah, furious after being benched in the 3-3 draw against Leeds, told reporters:
“Tomorrow you’re going to find Carragher is going to go for me again… That’s fine.”
Carragher fired back on Sky Sports, calling Salah’s behaviour “a disgrace”.
According to the former Liverpool defender, Salah’s rare media outbursts — four times in eight years — are “choreographed” with his agent to apply pressure and “cause maximum damage”.
Carragher said Salah has chosen “the moment Liverpool are struggling” to stir controversy again, highlighting a similar situation 12 months ago when Salah publicly pushed for a new contract while Liverpool were top of the table.
The club legend also rejected Salah’s claim of being “thrown under the bus”, saying:
“He’s tried to throw the club under the bus twice in 12 months.”
Carra criticised Salah’s lack of defensive work and delivered a brutal reminder:
“Before Liverpool, Salah was the guy who failed at Chelsea. That’s just a fact.”
With tensions boiling over and Liverpool enduring their worst form since the 1950s, this public war of words marks one of the most dramatic moments of Salah’s Anfield career.
