Former Portland Trail Blazer Ben McLemore has been convicted of sexually assaulting a woman at a 2021 party in Lake Oswego. A jury found him guilty of first-degree rape, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, and second-degree sexual abuse.
The woman reported to police that she was too intoxicated to consent during the incident, which took place while McLemore was with the Blazers.
McLemore denied the allegations, stating he never pursued a sexual relationship without clear consent. His sentencing is set for next Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.
