Renato Moicano will no longer fight Brian Ortega at UFC 331 after Ortega was forced to withdraw with an undisclosed injury.

The lightweight bout, which was scheduled for Saturday’s UFC 331 card in Los Angeles, has been cancelled, with Moicano instead receiving a new matchup against rising contender Tom Nolan.
Moicano and Nolan are now set to headline the UFC Fight Night event on Oct. 31 at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas, with UFC officials confirming the changes on Monday.
Following the cancellation, UFC 331 is down to 12 fights. The heavyweight clash between Gable Steveson and Sean Sharaf has been moved into the opening spot on the main card.
The event will be headlined by a flyweight title rematch, with Joshua Van defending his belt against former champion Alexandre Pantoja.
