Manchester City remain perfect in the Premier League after surviving a wild 5-3 victory over Sunderland at the Etihad.

Sunderland’s Brian Brobbey kept dragging his side back into the game, completing a remarkable hat-trick — only the sixth player in Premier League history to score three and still end up on the losing side.
Erling Haaland finally got his goal late on to seal the points and complete his personal Premier League scoring collection, having now scored against every opponent he has faced. City move top with five wins from five under Enzo Maresca.
Meanwhile, Manchester United could only draw 1-1 with Fulham after Matheus Cunha’s late deflected equaliser rescued a point.
