Lionel Messi has unveiled the special Argentina shirt he will wear for his final appearance with the national team.
The shirt keeps Argentina’s iconic sky-blue and white colours, but features gold lettering and a gold No.10, with the Sun of May also incorporated into the design. Messi captioned the reveal: “One last match. A jersey for a lifetime.”
Messi will say goodbye to Argentina on October 6 against Benin at the Monumental in Buenos Aires, after announcing his international retirement following the 2026 World Cup.
