Man City Found Guilty of 114 Premier League Charges

Manchester City have reportedly been found guilty of 114 out of 115 Premier League financial-rule charges following a lengthy investigation into the club.

The charges cover alleged breaches involving financial reporting, sponsorship revenue, player and manager payments, profitability rules and cooperation with the Premier League. The case dates back to the 2009-10 season.

However, no punishment has been announced yet. City are expected to appeal, while the club insists the Premier League process remains ongoing and says its position has not changed.

Potential sanctions could include a points deduction, financial penalties or even expulsion from the Premier League, but no final sanction has been decided. There have also been calls for titles to be reviewed, although others have warned against jumping to conclusions before the independent commission’s full report is examined.

114 charges. No punishment yet. And City are expected to appeal.
