Lamine Yamal inspired Barcelona to a stunning second-half comeback as they defeated Galatasaray 4-1 away from home in the Champions League, maintaining their perfect start to the competition.

Galatasaray took the lead in the 27th minute through Aleksey Batrakov, whose shot deflected off Joao Cancelo. Barcelona responded before the break, with Cancelo making amends by finishing a move created by Dani Olmo.
Yamal then took control after half-time. His pinpoint cross set up Fermin Lopez for Barcelona’s second goal before he beat his marker and supplied Anthony Gordon to extend the lead. He later helped create another opportunity that led to Karim Adeyemi’s goal, although the teenager missed a chance to score himself.
Barcelona manager Hansi Flick praised Yamal’s influence, saying the young winger had turned the game around. The victory moved Barcelona to the top of the Champions League standings with two wins from two, while Galatasaray remain without a point.
