Inter Milan are closely monitoring Andre Onana’s situation at Manchester United, with growing speculation over the goalkeeper’s future.

Onana was absent from United’s squad in their opening-day defeat to Arsenal, with manager Rúben Amorim explaining it was due to injury issues that kept him out of pre-season. However, his uncertain form from last season has fueled rumours of an exit.
The 29-year-old remains highly regarded at Inter, where he played a key role in their 2023 Champions League run before leaving for United in a £47 million deal. Inter chiefs believe Onana could be open to a San Siro return, as he remains a cult hero among the Nerazzurri faithful.
Inter, currently managed by Christian Chivu after Simone Inzaghi’s departure, are in the market for a new first-choice goalkeeper. They are also in talks for Royal Antwerp’s Senne Lammens, but a move for Onana is possible if he becomes available.
Meanwhile, United are weighing their own options as they look to fix their goalkeeping issues exposed in the Arsenal defeat.
