Spurs Hit Hard: Kulusevski Injury Blow

Tottenham Hotspur have suffered another major setback as Dejan Kulusevski’s rehabilitation update brings bad news for Thomas Frank’s side.

James Maddison is already ruled out for most of the season with an ACL injury, and now Kulusevski faces an even longer spell on the sidelines.

The Swedish international has been out since May with a knee injury, missing the Europa League final and the entire pre-season. Initially expected to return after the first month of the Premier League campaign, the situation has worsened.

Reports suggest he may not be back until 2026. Physio Scout recently claimed Kulusevski could be sidelined for eight to ten months due to a suspected patella fracture following his knee-to-knee collision with Marc Guehi.

The Guardian has now confirmed he underwent surgery earlier this summer and is not expected to return before the end of the year.
