Manchester United fan delays haircut after Forest draw

A Manchester United supporter has gone viral after pledging not to cut his hair until the club wins five consecutive matches.

Following victories over Sunderland (2-0), Liverpool (2-1), and Brighton (4-2), he was just two wins away from achieving his goal.

However, Rúben Amorim’s side were held to a 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest on Saturday, extending the wait.

The fan, Frank Ilett, previously told BBC Radio Manchester:

“I’m hopeful that maybe by the end of the year, maybe I’ll get a haircut. The perfect ending would be one of the players to cut it at Old Trafford.”

For now, the wait for both a winning streak and a haircut continues.
